Swim Programs

Highwood Outdoor Pool offers Red Cross and Lifesaving Society programs.

Many of our swimming instructors are also certified lifeguards and have gone through numerous hours of training to become certified in their individual awards.

We have lesson guards on duty during all swimming lessons as an extra "set of eyes".
