Facility Rentals

Looking for the perfect venue for your child’s next Birthday Party, end of year school celebration, or sports team wind-up? Do you just want to get together with a group of friends? The Highwood Outdoor Pool is available for private rentals.

You provide the people, we provide fun and water, lifeguards, pool toys, and use of the BBQ. All rentals must be fully paid at the time of booking and must be booked 1 week in advance for staffing reasons.

 Please feel free to call the pool to enquire about a date, however; No phone or email bookings/holds will be accepted.  You must go into the pool to book and pay.

Rentals will run during inclement weather (i.e. rain and cooler tempertaures), but not during unsafe weather (i.e. lightning).

If a rental must be cancelled before it starts due to unsafe weather, the rentor may choose to re-book another date upon availability or receive a full refund. If a rental has started but must be stopped due to unsafe weather, rentor may choose to receive a refund for the portion of rental unused, or book that time for another date. Our professional lifeguarding staff on duty at the time of the rental will have the final say if a rental may proceed.

Show your Highwood Community Membership at time of booking & receive a discount of $5.00/hr

  We accept Cash, VISA, M/C, & Debit for Public Swim Admissions, Private Rentals, Day Camps and Lesson Registrations.  Cheques will no longer be accepted as a method of payment.
